AFI百年百大電影台詞（AFI's 100 Years...100 Movie Quotes）

是「百年百大」系列的一個重要部分。它是美國電影里一百句電影名言。這個表單是從2005年6月21日，美國電影學院（AFI，American Film Institute）在CBS一個長達3小時的電視節目上公布的。這節目是由演員Pierce Brosnan主持，很多好萊塢演員、製片者發表評論。1500位藝術家、評論家、歷史學家組成評委團，選出美國內戰史詩片《Gone with the Wind》里Clark Gable說的電影台詞：坦率地說，親愛的，我一點也不在乎。（Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn.）使它成為美國電影歷史上的最佳經典名言。

評委團評選標準：

• 電影名言：美國一部電影里的一句話、台詞或者部分對話，不包括插曲；
• 文化影響：日常生活中大眾會使用、大眾文化里非常流行、成為國家代表性語言標誌；
• 歷史遺產：讓觀眾想起一部經典電影，並保留它的歷史文化遺產。
