電影簡介：

影片《戀戀筆記本》系導演尼克·卡薩維茨2004年的一部愛情類影片。萊恩·高斯利、瑞秋·麥克亞當斯傾情出演。一家風光迤邐的私人療養院，一位神秘的老男人每天都會準時拜訪一位元患有老年癡呆症的老女人。他總是在腿上攤開一本褪色的筆記本，輕輕地為女人講述其中記載的故事，每當女人聽到日記中的字句，臉上就會迸發出異樣的神采，仿佛再次回到那段激情燃燒的歲月……

筆記本上，秀美的字跡，記載著發生在那個夏天的愛情。艾莉（蕾切爾•麥克亞當斯飾）是富有人家的千金，她隨家人來到小鎮避暑。在一個充滿夢幻的遊樂場，邂逅了諾亞（萊安•高斯利飾）。諾亞沒有錢，卻活得很快樂。艾莉在他那學會了自由，得到了歡笑，兩人很快熱戀起來。然而在艾莉父母的阻撓下，相愛的兩個人，就被分開在夏天結束的那一刻。隨著諾亞的365封信被偷偷藏起，艾莉在7年後終於放棄了等待。就在她要步入教堂的前一天，突然在報紙上看到了諾亞曾許諾給自己建造的白色房子。一切記憶，全部蘇醒……

1.  片頭老年Noah說的開場白

5.Allie得了老年癡呆症，失去了記憶，Noah一遍一遍讀他們年輕時的故事給她聽

6.Noah的孩子們勸他回家，他堅持留在醫院陪著Allie

7.結尾，非常感人，二人不離不棄，在愛中辭世。

Allie:I need to ask you something.

Noah:What is it, sweetheart?

Allie:Do you think that our love can create miracles?

你覺得我們的愛可以創造奇跡嗎？

Noah:Yes, I do.That's what brings you back to me each time.
