It’s no secret that we LOVE Mexican food at our house! Chips and salsa are a weekly, if not daily event. We had a get together at a friends last week and I wanted to bring a Mexican appetizer to share. I wanted something easy and simple and these turned out so good. Everyone loved them! Mmm..

Mexican Appetizer {wontons}

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb hamburger (use chicken instead of beef or go meatless)
  • 1 can RO*TEL®
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 TB taco seasoning
  • 2 oz VELVEETA®
  • 16 wontons (found in produce section)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. 1.      In a medium skillet, brown hamburger over medium heat. Add taco seasoning, bell peppers and RO*TEL® then simmer for 5 minutes. Heat oven to 375 and place wontons in mini cupcake tins. Place one cube of VELVEETA® in each cup and fill with meat mixture. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 7-10 minutes.

  • 1/4杯切碎的青椒
  • 1 TB的塔科調味料
  • 2盎司VELVEETA®

  • 1/2杯切碎的奶酪

說明

  1. 1.       在一個中型平底鍋,棕色漢堡包,中火加熱。添加塔科調味料,青椒和RO *電話®再用文火煮5分鐘。烤箱預熱到375和地點餛飩迷你蛋糕罐。將VELVEETA®的一個立方體的每個杯子和裝滿肉的混合物。頂配奶酪絲,烤7-10分鐘。
