Romans羅馬書-11

11:1	[hb5]	我且說、　神棄絕了他的百姓麼．斷乎沒有．因為我也是以色列人、亞伯拉罕的後裔、屬便雅憫支派的。
	[kjv]	I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
	[bbe]	So I say, Has God put his people on one side? Let there be no such thought. For I am of Israel, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
11:2	[hb5]	神並沒有棄絕他預先所知道的百姓。你們豈不曉得經上論到以利亞是怎麼說的呢．他在　神面前怎樣控告以色列人、說、
	[kjv]	God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying,
	[bbe]	God has not put away the people of his selection. Or have you no knowledge of what is said about Elijah in the holy Writings? how he says words to God against Israel,
11:3	[hb5]	『主阿、他們殺了你的先知、拆了你的祭壇、只剩下我一個人、他們還要尋索我的命。』
	[kjv]	Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.
	[bbe]	Lord, they have put your prophets to death, and made waste your altars, and now I am the last, and they are searching for me to take away my life.
11:4	[hb5]	神的回話是怎麼說的呢．他說、『我為自己留下七千人、是未曾向巴力屈膝的。』
	[kjv]	But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.
	[bbe]	But what answer does God make to him? I have still seven thousand men whose knees have not been bent to Baal.
11:5	[hb5]	如今也是這樣、照著揀選的恩典還有所留的餘數。
	[kjv]	Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
	[bbe]	In the same way, there are at this present time some who are marked out by the selection of grace.
11:6	[hb5]	既是出於恩典、就不在乎行為．不然、恩典就不是恩典了。
	[kjv]	And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
	[bbe]	But if it is of grace, then it is no longer of works: or grace would not be grace.
11:7	[hb5]	這是怎麼樣呢．以色列人所求的、他們沒有得著．惟有蒙揀選的人得著了、其餘的就成了頑梗不化的．
	[kjv]	What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.
	[bbe]	What then? That which Israel was searching for he did not get, but those of the selection got it and the rest were made hard.
11:8	[hb5]	如經上所記、『　神給他們昏迷的心、眼睛不能看見、耳朵不能聽見、直到今日。』
	[kjv]	(According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.
	[bbe]	As it was said in the holy Writings, God gave them a spirit of sleep, eyes which might not see, and ears which have no hearing, to this day.
11:9	[hb5]	大衛也說、『願他們的筵席變為網羅、變為機檻、變為絆腳石、作他們的報應．
	[kjv]	And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them:
	[bbe]	And David says, Let their table be made a net for taking them, and a stone in their way, and a punishment:
11:10	[hb5]	願他們的眼睛昏矇、不得看見．願你時常彎下他們的腰。』
	[kjv]	Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.
	[bbe]	Let their eyes be made dark so that they may not see, and let their back be bent down at all times.
11:11	[hb5]	我且說、他們失腳是要他們跌倒麼．斷乎不是．反倒因他們的過失、救恩便臨到外邦人、要激動他們發憤。
	[kjv]	I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.
	[bbe]	So I say, Were their steps made hard in order that they might have a fall? In no way: but by their fall salvation has come to the Gentiles, so that they might be moved to envy.
11:12	[hb5]	若他們的過失、為天下的富足、他們的缺乏、為外邦人的富足．何況他們的豐滿呢。
	[kjv]	Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?
	[bbe]	Now, if their fall is the wealth of the world, and their loss the wealth of the Gentiles, how much greater will be the glory when they are made full?
11:13	[hb5]	我對你們外邦人說這話．因我是外邦人的使徒、所以敬重我的職分．〔敬重原文作榮耀〕
	[kjv]	For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:
	[bbe]	But I say to you, Gentiles, in so far as I am the Apostle of the Gentiles, I make much of my position:
11:14	[hb5]	或者可以激動我骨肉之親發憤、好救他們一些人。
	[kjv]	If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them.
	[bbe]	If in any way those who are of my flesh may be moved to envy, so that some of them may get salvation by me.
11:15	[hb5]	若他們被丟棄、天下就得與　神和好、他們被收納、豈不是死而復生麼。
	[kjv]	For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?
	[bbe]	For, if by their putting away, the rest of men have been made friends with God, what will their coming back again be, but life from the dead?
11:16	[hb5]	所獻的新麵若是聖潔、全團也就聖潔了．樹根若是聖潔、樹枝也就聖潔了。
	[kjv]	For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.
	[bbe]	And if the first-fruit is holy, so is the mass: and if the root is holy, so are the branches.
11:17	[hb5]	若有幾根枝子被折下來、你這野橄欖得接在其中、一同得著橄欖根的肥汁．
	[kjv]	And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;
	[bbe]	But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, an olive-tree of the fields, were put in among them, and were given a part with them in the root by which the olive-tree is made fertile,
11:18	[hb5]	你就不可向舊枝子誇口、若是誇口、當知道不是你托著根、乃是根托著你。
	[kjv]	Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.
	[bbe]	Do not be uplifted in pride over the branches: because it is not you who are the support of the root, but it is by the root that you are supported.
11:19	[hb5]	你若說、那枝子被折下來、是特為叫我接上。
	[kjv]	Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in.
	[bbe]	You will say, Branches were broken off so that I might be put in.
11:20	[hb5]	不錯．他們因為不信、所以被折下來．你因為信、所以立得住．你不可自高、反要懼怕。
	[kjv]	Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
	[bbe]	Truly, because they had no faith they were broken off, and you have your place by reason of your faith. Do not be lifted up in pride, but have fear;
11:21	[hb5]	神既不愛惜原來的枝子、也必不愛惜你。
	[kjv]	For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.
	[bbe]	For, if God did not have mercy on the natural branches, he will not have mercy on you.
11:22	[hb5]	可見　神的恩慈、和嚴厲．向那跌倒的人、是嚴厲的．向你是有恩慈的．只要你長久在他的恩慈裡．不然、你也要被砍下來。
	[kjv]	Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.
	[bbe]	See then that God is good but his rules are fixed: to those who were put away he was hard, but to you he has been good, on the condition that you keep in his mercy; if not, you will be cut off as they were.
11:23	[hb5]	而且他們若不是長久不信、仍要被接上．因為　神能夠把他們從新接上。
	[kjv]	And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again.
	[bbe]	And they, if they do not go on without faith, will be united to the tree again, because God is able to put them in again.
11:24	[hb5]	你是從那天生的野橄欖上砍下來的、尚且逆著性得接在好橄欖上、何況這本樹的枝子、要接在本樹上呢。
	[kjv]	For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?
	[bbe]	For if you were cut out of a field olive-tree, and against the natural use were united to a good olive-tree, how much more will these, the natural branches, be united again with the olive-tree which was theirs?
11:25	[hb5]	弟兄們、我不願意你們不知道這奧秘、（恐怕你們自以為聰明）就是以色列人有幾分是硬心的、等到外邦人的數目添滿了．
	[kjv]	For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
	[bbe]	For it is my desire, brothers, that this secret may be clear to you, so that you may not have pride in your knowledge, that Israel has been made hard in part, till all the Gentiles have come in;
11:26	[hb5]	於是以色列全家都要得救、如經上所記、『必有一位救主、從錫安出來、要消除雅各家的一切罪惡。』
	[kjv]	And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
	[bbe]	And so all Israel will get salvation: as it is said in the holy Writings, There will come out of Zion the One who makes free; by him wrongdoing will be taken away from Jacob:
11:27	[hb5]	又說、『我除去他們罪的時候、這就是我與他們所立的約。』
	[kjv]	For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
	[bbe]	And this is my agreement with them, when I will take away their sins.
11:28	[hb5]	就著福音說、他們為你們的緣故是仇敵．就著揀選說、他們為列祖的緣故是蒙愛的。
	[kjv]	As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.
	[bbe]	As far as the good news is in question, they are cut off from God on account of you, but as far as the selection is in question, they are loved on account of the fathers.
11:29	[hb5]	因為　神的恩賜和選召、是沒有後悔的。
	[kjv]	For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
	[bbe]	Because God's selection and his mercies may not be changed.
11:30	[hb5]	你們從前不順服　神、如今因他們的不順服、你們倒蒙了憐恤．
	[kjv]	For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:
	[bbe]	For as you, in time past, were not under the rule of God, but now have got mercy through their turning away,
11:31	[hb5]	這樣、他們也是不順服、叫他們因著施給你們的憐恤、現在也就蒙憐恤。
	[kjv]	Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.
	[bbe]	So in the same way these have gone against the orders of God, so that by the mercy given to you they may now get mercy.
11:32	[hb5]	因為　神將眾人都圈在不順服之中、特意要憐恤眾人。
	[kjv]	For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.
	[bbe]	For God has let them all go against his orders, so that he might have mercy on them all.
11:33	[hb5]	深哉、　神豐富的智慧和知識。他的判斷、何其難測、他的蹤跡何其難尋、
	[kjv]	O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
	[bbe]	O how deep is the wealth of the wisdom and knowledge of God! no one is able to make discovery of his decisions, and his ways may not be searched out.
11:34	[hb5]	誰知道主的心、誰作過他的謀士呢、
	[kjv]	For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?
	[bbe]	Who has knowledge of the mind of the Lord? or who has taken part in his purposes?
11:35	[hb5]	誰是先給了他、使他後來償還呢。
	[kjv]	Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?
	[bbe]	Or who has first given to him, and it will be given back to him again?
11:36	[hb5]	因為萬有都是本於他、倚靠他、歸於他．願榮耀歸給他、直到永遠。阿們。
	[kjv]	For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.
	[bbe]	For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things. To him be the glory for ever. So be it.
