1 Peter彼得前書-4

4:1	[hb5]	基督既在肉身受苦、你們也當將這樣的心志作為兵器．因為在肉身受過苦的、就已經與罪斷絕了．
	[kjv]	Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;
	[bbe]	So that as Jesus was put to death in the flesh, do you yourselves be of the same mind; for the death of the flesh puts an end to sin;
4:2	[hb5]	你們存這樣的心、從今以後、就可以不從人的情慾、只從　神的旨意、在世度餘下的光陰。
	[kjv]	That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
	[bbe]	So that you may give the rest of your lives in the flesh, not to the desires of men, but to the purpose of God.
4:3	[hb5]	因為往日隨從外邦人的心意、行邪淫、惡慾、醉酒、荒宴、群飲、並可惡拜偶像的事、時候已經夠了．
	[kjv]	For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:
	[bbe]	Because for long enough, in times past, we have been living after the way of the Gentiles, given up to the desires of the flesh, to drinking and feasting and loose behaviour and unclean worship of images;
4:4	[hb5]	他們在這些事上、見你們不與他們同奔那放蕩無度的路、就以為怪、毀謗你們．
	[kjv]	Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you:
	[bbe]	And they are wondering that you no longer go with them in this violent wasting of life, and are saying evil things of you:
4:5	[hb5]	他們必在那將要審判活人死人的主面前交賬。
	[kjv]	Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.
	[bbe]	But they will have to give an account of themselves to him who is ready to be the judge of the living and the dead.
4:6	[hb5]	為此、就是死人也曾有福音傳給他們、要叫他們的肉體按著人受審判、他們的靈性卻靠　神活著。
	[kjv]	For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.
	[bbe]	For this was the reason why the good news of Jesus was given even to the dead, so that they might be judged as men in the flesh, but might be living before God in the spirit.
4:7	[hb5]	萬物的結局近了．所以你們要謹慎自守、儆醒禱告。
	[kjv]	But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.
	[bbe]	But the end of all things is near: so be serious in your behaviour and keep on the watch with prayer;
4:8	[hb5]	最要緊的是彼此切實相愛．因為愛能遮掩許多的罪。
	[kjv]	And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
	[bbe]	And most of all be warm in your love for one another; because in love there is forgiveness for sins without number:
4:9	[hb5]	你們要互相款待、不發怨言．
	[kjv]	Use hospitality one to another without grudging.
	[bbe]	Keep open house for all with a glad heart;
4:10	[hb5]	各人要照所得的恩賜彼此服事、作　神百般恩賜的好管家．
	[kjv]	As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
	[bbe]	Making distribution among one another of whatever has been given to you, like true servants of the unmeasured grace of God;
4:11	[hb5]	若有講道的、要按著　神的聖言講．若有服事人的、要按著　神所賜的力量服事．叫　神在凡事上因耶穌基督得榮耀．原來榮耀權能都是他的、直到永永遠遠。阿們。
	[kjv]	If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
	[bbe]	If anyone has anything to say, let it be as the words of God; if anyone has the desire to be the servant of others, let him do it in the strength which is given by God; so that in all things God may have the glory through Jesus Christ, whose are the glory and the power for ever.
4:12	[hb5]	親愛的弟兄阿、有火煉的試驗臨到你們、不要以為奇怪、（似乎是遭遇非常的事）
	[kjv]	Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:
	[bbe]	Dear brothers, do not be surprised, as if it was something strange, if your faith is tested as by fire:
4:13	[hb5]	倒要歡喜．因為你們是與基督一同受苦、使你們在他榮耀顯現的時候、也可以歡喜快樂。
	[kjv]	But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
	[bbe]	But be glad that you are given a part in the pains of Christ; so that at the revelation of his glory you may have great joy.
4:14	[hb5]	你們若為基督的名受辱罵、便是有福的．因為　神榮耀的靈、常住在你們身上。
	[kjv]	If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.
	[bbe]	If men say evil things of you because of the name of Christ, happy are you; for the Spirit of glory and of God is resting on you.
4:15	[hb5]	你們中間卻不可有人、因為殺人、偷竊、作惡、好管閒事而受苦．
	[kjv]	But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.
	[bbe]	Let no one among you undergo punishment as a taker of life, or as a thief, or as an evil-doer, or as one who is over-interested in other men's business;
4:16	[hb5]	若為作基督徒受苦、卻不要羞恥．倒要因這名歸榮耀給　神。
	[kjv]	Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.
	[bbe]	But if he undergoes punishment as a Christian, that is no shame to him; let him give glory to God in this name.
4:17	[hb5]	因為時候到了、審判要從　神的家起首．若是先從我們起首、那不信從　神福音的人、將有何等的結局呢。
	[kjv]	For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
	[bbe]	For the time has come for the judging, starting with the church of God; but if it makes a start with us, what will be the end of those who are not under the rule of God?
4:18	[hb5]	若是義人僅僅得救、那不虔敬和犯罪的人、將有何地可站呢。
	[kjv]	And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?
	[bbe]	And if it is hard for even the good man to get salvation, what chance has the man without religion or the sinner?
4:19	[hb5]	所以那照　神旨意受苦的人、要一心為善、將自己靈魂交與那信實的造化之主。
	[kjv]	Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
	[bbe]	For this reason let those who by the purpose of God undergo punishment, keep on in well-doing and put their souls into the safe hands of their Maker.
